Then grilled to crisp bread. Served with a side of Greek salad.

Lamb Shank platter (Friday, Saturday and Sunday dinner only) Baked Lamb shank Moroccan style with fresh vegetables and tomato sauce over a bed of Moroccan couscous with golden and black raisins. Served with Greek salad and our home-made certified organic  pita bread using local and kosher flour.
