Dear friends,
I want to thank this great community for participating in the Haiti Relief Fundraiser. Because of your contributions, our total proceeds were $16,156.36 and every bit of it was donated to the Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund. I am very lucky to be a part of this giving community.
I give a special thanks to my employees for working extra hard for this good cause. Also, a special thanks to the many of you who ate with us lunch and dinner. Many thanks to Mark Schultz, of the Chapel Hill News, for spreading the word. Many thanks to Sandra Rich for broadcasting this event on WCHL radio. And I'd like to thank my friend Jared Polivka for spreading the word on campus.
